The maple syrup is produced at their sugar shack in Bury of the Eastern Townships of Quebec, and follows the best practices when it comes to sustainable development.
Virgin Mady are Canadian pioneers when it comes to aging organic maple syrup. Only their best syrups are aged in barrels and only a limited quantity is produced every year.
The syrups are aged on the premises, in their own cellar. Every bottle is then carefully hand-waxed, the final step in the quality control process.
