Kinsip handcrafted bitters from Prince Edward County

In stock (1)

Kinsip bitters are handcrafted at their farm-based distillery in Prince Edward County.

Kinsip bitters bring drops full of delicately balanced flavours to your home and allow you to create interesting, complex, and nuanced cocktails with ease.  Add a drop or two of bitters to compliment the flavours in any drink.

Choose any of their wonderful flavours to add to your cocktails at home...

Chilli Expresso - a blend of three different chilis including local jalapeno, smokey habaneros, and chipotle with a mellow finish of Pilot Coffee Roasters dark roast. A lot of heat gives a touch of spice to your summer caesars.

Coffee Pecan - Rich dark coffee from Pilot Coffee Roasters in Toronto provides Coffee Pecan Bitters with punch! This bitters is excellent in a rum forward drink, like seasonal sippers and a classic rum and eggnog.

Ginger - Ginger Bitters add a layer of ginger and spice to summertime flavours. Pair with cocktail flavours of apple or strawberry.

House - The Kinsip version of the classic Angostura. Citrus with a warm spices coming through. It goes well in everything.

Lavender Lemon - Lavender leads on this bitters while lemon provides a subtle back note. Pairs nicely with gin.

Maple Walnut - Kinsip's deeply rich whisky barrel aged maple syrup adds mellow sweetness with hints of the whisky shining through. Add this bitters to an Old Fashion to give depth and complexity.

Orange - Orange is the second most popular bitters worldwide. Orange bitters add the required twist of citrus when you have none

Sour Cherry - A blend of Ontario sweet and sour cherries creates this delicate balance of bitter and sweet with a subtle sour note. A bar essential, cherry will compliment your manhattan or dress up a non-alcoholic drink with a drop or two.

Vanilla Rye - vanilla is layered onto a dark rye whisky base. The vanilla complements the classic notes found in whisky and it adds a certain complexity to any dark spirited drink. This could also easily be used to add flavour in your next batch of pancakes.

Whisky Smoke - Kinsip uses their very own Kinsip Whisky as a base and include wood from their charred whisky barrels, giving an oaky presence that can add depth to any whisky drink
